Asian Outreach International is a Christian organization committed to transforming communities across Asia through spiritual impact, holistic community development and economic empowerment, with a vision to equip national workers and strengthen local churches so they can bring lasting change within their own communities. Across Cambodia, Laos and Mongolia, access to strategic leadership development and training is limited. Additionally, many of Asian Outreach’s emerging leaders are young, particularly in Cambodia. As local ministries and churches grow, local leaders require stronger biblical knowledge, practical leadership skills, healthy team-building practices as well as greater capacity to respond effectively to the spiritual and practical needs of their communities. In Laos, ministry also takes place within a communist context where security concerns can affect local workers and their ability to travel for training. Through this three-year project, Asian Outreach will work alongside national leaders and partners in Cambodia, Laos and Mongolia to provide leadership training, coaching, mentoring and spiritual formation while strengthening organizational capacity and expanding networks of equipped Christian leaders across each country and the region. Cambodia and Laos will focus on developing biblically trained leaders, church multiplication and holistic community transformation, including training pastors and leaders and engaging communities through practical service and Gospel outreach. In Mongolia, the project will strengthen staff and board leadership, develop coaching and mentoring capacity, create Mongolian-language digital leadership tools and provide self-care training for church planters and leaders. By investing in national leaders who understand their own language, culture and communities, this project will strengthen local ownership and equip churches and ministries to multiply their impact, serve their communities and develop sustainable Christian leadership for the future.

ICR Canada provides spiritual and material assistance to Christians experiencing persecution and discrimination so that they can proclaim the Gospel and plant churches in their own hostile countries. Among other things, ICR Canada offers support for evangelism, religious instruction, and establishment of churches in countries where opportunities for citizens to engage in corporate worship or other religious activities are restricted. One particular Latin American country in which Christianity is heavily monitored is also experiencing significant socio-economic pressures: crime and the influence of social media are both on the rise, there is a shortage of skilled labour, domestic production is at a record low and the aging of society has accelerated due to extreme migration. Many Christians have also left this place along with church leaders. This project provides training, equipping, space and expenses related to establishing and multiplying house churches in this fragile place. This grant supports a growing network of church planters, with the end goal of planting several new churches, and identifying/discipling new church planters. Each existing church will send a church planter to establish a new house church. Until these new congregations are self-sustaining and financially independent, church planters will receive subsidized support from their sending church although this is barely enough to live on. Without garnering unwarranted attention and persecution, this grant will provide additional financial support in the early stages of church planting to help cover the most urgent basic needs of the church planter (food, medicine, clothing, etc).

Impact Nations is a Christ-centered international ministry that partners with local leaders to rescue lives and transform vulnerable communities through practical assistance, spiritual empowerment and sustainable solutions, with a particular focus on helping people move toward freedom, restoration and long-term hope. In Uganda, teenage pregnancy, child marriage, limited education and a lack of employment opportunities leave many young mothers and vulnerable young women trapped in cycles of poverty. Impact Nations and its local affiliate, The Remnant Generation, respond through the School of Purpose and Thrive Vocational Center, providing education, mentorship and marketable skills that help women build sustainable livelihoods. The School of Purpose began with 20 teen mothers in 2017 and had expanded to serve 862 vulnerable young women by 2022. Alongside vocational training, the program provides daily meals for students and young women living in three shelters. Local staff have developed a farm on their 20 acres of land, and an initial quarter-acre garden is already producing enough food to provide three meals a day to the shelters while generating surplus produce for sale at local markets. The Hope City Farm Expansion will build on this success by installing solar-powered irrigation, developing an in-house seed nursery, purchasing reliable transportation, adding skilled agricultural staff and establishing 3.5 acres of banana production. The goal is to dramatically increase agricultural productivity and revenue while reducing food and transportation costs. The project is designed to move the Thrive Vocational Center toward long-term self-sustainability: first producing nutritious food for the women it serves, then eliminating annual food costs, and ultimately generating sustainable farm income that can help support the vocational school and its wider programs. By strengthening local agricultural capacity and creating a sustainable source of food and income, Hope City Farm will help ensure that vulnerable young women receive not only immediate care and nourishment, but also education, opportunity and a pathway toward lasting independence.

Kurumbuka Leadership Solutions is a Christ-centred organization focused on developing, connecting and equipping African leaders to transform their institutions, organizations and communities. Through programs for executive and emerging leaders and partnerships with grassroots organizations, Kurumbuka emphasizes local leadership, community ownership and sustainable solutions. The Leadership Multiplication (Kumi Mara) Enhancement Project builds on Kurumbuka’s Abundant Leadership Institute (ALI), which equips executive-level Christian leaders to identify local solutions to local challenges. Kumi Mara - meaning “10x” in Kiswahili - was launched in 2023 to help each ALI leader train at least ten additional leaders through coaching, regional peer groups and a digital leadership toolkit. This enhancement project will strengthen this multiplication model in four areas: increasing support and training for 12 African Kumi Mara coaches; creating a more efficient monitoring and evaluation system using digital and AI-enabled tools; expanding the digital toolkit with an Asset-Based Community Development diagnostic tool and French-language resources; and strengthening Connectivity Hubs that provide reliable internet and learning spaces for leaders in communities with limited infrastructure. These investments will allow coaches to provide greater mentorship and accountability, improve Kurumbuka’s ability to measure and demonstrate impact, make leadership resources accessible to more Francophone communities, and enable leaders to participate in distance learning and community training. This grant specifically funds translating the digital leadership toolkit into French, developing the ABCD diagnostic tool, launching the new M&E tool and supporting 12 African Kumi Mara coaches. By equipping African leaders to train and mentor other leaders in their own communities, Kumi Mara is designed to multiply Christ-centred leadership while allowing Kurumbuka to extend its reach across Africa through an increasingly locally led and sustainable model.

Langham Partnership seeks to see churches in the Majority World equipped for mission and growing to maturity in Christ through pastors and leaders who believe, teach and live by the Word of God. Through theological education, preaching training and biblical resources, Langham equips local Christian leaders to proclaim the Gospel and strengthen the Church in their own contexts. In Latin America, the Church is growing rapidly, but the availability of scholarly, in-depth theological resources in Spanish has not kept pace. Pastors preparing sermons and seminary professors and students have significantly fewer Spanish-language resources than their English-speaking counterparts, creating a need for biblically rigorous materials developed specifically for their context. There is also a need to strengthen emerging Latin American theological voices as well as indigenous Christian publishing so that churches are less dependent on resources developed and published outside the region. In partnership with Peruvian Christian publisher Ediciones Puma, Langham will develop an Old Testament Expository Commentary series written by Latin American contributors for pastors, Bible teachers, seminary professors and students. The commentary will provide in-depth biblical and theological analysis of each book of the Old Testament while addressing themes and issues relevant to Latin American life and ministry. Acts of Grace funding will support the writing and development of the series, including contributor writing, editing, formatting and graphics. Through this project, locally rooted theological voices will be strengthened, indigenous publishing capacity will grow, and churches throughout Latin America will gain greater access to high-quality Spanish biblical resources that equip leaders to faithfully teach God’s Word.

Music for Life Institute is a Christian organization committed to bringing hope, healing and opportunity to vulnerable children in Africa through quality education, discipleship and leadership development. Inspired by its Christian faith, Music for Life seeks to equip young people to rise above poverty, develop their God-given potential and become “Change Makers” who serve their families and communities. In Uganda, Empower International Academy - a secondary school established and run by Music for Life - provides a Christ-centred education designed to prepare students for both local and global opportunities while nurturing integrity, faith, creativity and a desire to serve. Many of its students come from impoverished backgrounds and attend the school on full scholarship. Transportation, however, limits students’ ability to participate fully in learning and service beyond the classroom. The school’s existing vehicle is aging, costly to maintain and unable to transport larger groups, requiring the school to hire vehicles for sports, academic competitions, community outreach and interactions with other schools. These additional costs restrict the number of opportunities available to students. Through this project, Empower International Academy will purchase a school van to provide reliable transportation for students and staff. The van will make participation in educational, extracurricular and community activities more accessible and affordable, while also supporting school operations and transportation needs. By removing a practical barrier to participation, this project will give students greater opportunities to learn, serve, build relationships and develop the skills and character needed to make a positive impact in their communities.

One4Another International (O4A) is a Christian charity dedicated to relieving poverty by providing life-changing surgical care at no cost to vulnerable children in Uganda. Motivated by the example of Jesus to love and care for others, particularly children and those experiencing poverty, O4A seeks to bring hope where there seems to be none, helping children move from suffering toward healthier futures. At its surgical centre in Jinja, Uganda, O4A serves more than 500 children each year in partnership with local surgeons and healthcare facilities, providing surgical interventions that can prevent a lifetime of disability and hardship. However, critical infrastructure and equipment challenges are limiting the centre’s ability to operate efficiently. Through this project, O4A will purchase and install three essential pieces of equipment: a three-phase automatic voltage regulator, an 80-litre autoclave and an isoflurane vaporizer. Together with electrical upgrades already underway, these investments will provide more stable power, improve sterilization capacity and ensure continued access to appropriate anesthesia, enabling the surgical centre to use its operating rooms more efficiently and strengthening its capacity for future growth. By strengthening the infrastructure behind each surgery, this project will help O4A continue offering children the timely surgical care they need to heal, regain mobility and experience renewed hope for the future.

Organized Kaos (OK) exists to apprentice young people in life and trade, inspiring hope and purpose through hands-on, side-by-side mentorship with skilled Christian tradespeople from local churches. Serving youth ages 13–17, OK intentionally maintains a low ratio of one trades mentor to two students, creating a safe environment where young people can develop practical skills, confidence and meaningful relationships while experiencing the love of God. A significant number of young people in Cambridge, Ontario lack supportive role models, practical training opportunities and a sense of purpose, while facing pressures including educational struggles, social isolation and limited direction or support. Spiritually, OK identifies that many youth have had little exposure to the Gospel or to God’s love demonstrated through caring relationships, creating an opportunity for mentorship that addresses practical, emotional and spiritual needs. Building on its established ministry in Brant, where five trades shops are supported by more than 50 volunteer Christian trades mentors, OK will launch a carpentry-based Core Mentorship Program in Cambridge. The new shop will pair youth with Christian tradespeople for weekly hands-on learning, with each session incorporating “Shop Talk” - a relational, non-threatening opportunity for mentors to share faith and the Gospel while helping students develop trade and life skills. The Cambridge expansion will also build on OK’s Mobile Trades Unit, which is expected to reach 50 Waterloo Region classrooms, creating awareness and connecting students with future mentorship opportunities. The permanent shop is planned to launch in September 2026 with an initial team of 6–8 mentors and 12–16 students, with capacity expected to grow in the following year. Through this expansion, Organized Kaos seeks to equip young people with practical skills, supportive relationships, a stronger sense of belonging and opportunities to discover hope and purpose through faith in Jesus Christ.
