  • Find-A-Bible Website Project

    (International)

    This project adds 1300 minority language versions of the Bible to a website.  This work meets the desperate need for digital Biblical resources in a variety of languages in Canada and around the world.

  • National Consultant Team

    (Canada)

    This project trains five regional consultants and creates supporting resources to strengthen Pregnancy Care Centres across Canada. This project enhances the ability of the national office to provide consultation and mentorship to these pregnancy centres especially during periods of significant development or transition.

  • the Canada Family Life Project

    (Canada)

    This project undertakes a comprehensive survey and conducts research to measure the gap between the aspirations and realities of Canadian families.  The project will engage politicians, policymakers and the public in the important discussion about overcoming family breakdown in all its forms.

  • End of Life Care: Changing the Public Conversation

    (Canada)

    This project develops a compelling policy to advance the quality of end of life care in Canada. By leveraging a non-partisan Ottawa panel discussion, expert roundtables, provincial pre-budget submissions and an in-depth research white paper, this project will build a platform that reinforces respect for dignity of life, the need for a social system response and a continuum of care focus.

  • Peer Literacy Mobile Computer Lab Program

    (Sierra Leone)

    This project trains and empowers 60 female high school students in Sierra Leone to offer literacy support to 2,160 primary school students. This project will also benefit another 800 remote, rural students through e-learning support facilitated by a mobile computer lab and library.

  • 3D Printing of Prosthetics for Children

    (Developing World)

    This project researches and proposes a new business model for accessing lower limb prosthetics in developing countries.  Leveraging 3D printing to manufacture prosthetic sockets, this work increases affordability and availability of lower limb prosthetics for some of the world's poorest children.

  • Toronto Debt Centre Project

    (Canada)

    This project supports the opening of three new Toronto-based debt centres.  Debt centres partner with local churches to offer in-depth debt counselling as well as emotional and spiritual care to individuals as they address unmanageable debt in their lives.

  • CityYouth Transportation

    (Canada)

    This project is part of a recurring grant that provides free bus transportation to youth from low-income communities in Hamilton, Ontario so that they can attend CityYouth. CityYouth is a leadership development program that teaches them about God while providing leadership training, mentoring and service opportunities.

  • Training and Developing Healthy Families

    (Canada)

    This project offers respite care and holistic therapeutic development for families of children living with significant behaviour issues in Abbotsford, British Columbia.  This project equips and empowers the families with the skills they need to thrive in the long-term family setting.

  • Resounding Hope

    (Haiti)

    This project funds the manufacture, supply and distribution of solar-powered radios and audio Bibles in northern Haiti. This project multiplies the evangelism and discipleship efforts of local Haitian congregations. The handheld units are pre-loaded with the Haitian Creole New Testament providing 24 hour access to the Gospel in audio form. The radios in the units are fix-tuned to a Haitian Christian radio station that broadcasts Bible teaching, news and Christian music.  The project also provides for other support to those receiving the handheld units including in-person follow-up from the local church.

  • Pharmaceutical Inventory Management Project

    (Developing World)

    This project develops a new, accessible pharmaceutical inventory management program for partner clinics and hospitals in the developing world.  This work increases access to medicine in vulnerable communities.

  • School Poultry Enterprise

    (Zambia)

    This project provides for the construction of a 3,617 square foot chicken coop and poultry enterprise to generate an ongoing sustainable income stream for a school in Zambia that serves orphans and vulnerable children.

  • Improved Medical Care for our Community

    (Canada)

    This project enhances healthcare services offered to the homeless and street-involved at an inner Toronto drop-in community.  By increasing the number and skill set of nurses available, this project also enables effective triage of drop-in needs from complex care concerns that require additional attention in the health clinic.

  • Fulani Bible School Building Fund

    (Burkina Faso)

    This project provides funds to construct 2 classrooms, an office and secure storage space for a residential Bible School. This new building will enhance the capacity and effectiveness of this intensive ministry training provided to the Fulani Christian community.

  • Roots of Opportunity

    (South Sudan)

    This project improves nutrition, food security and income generation for rural farmers and bee keepers. This work provides materials and training to help improve crops, enhance conservation farming techniques, and establish farmer cooperatives that facilitate storage and marketing of farm products.  The project also establishes village savings and loans groups to facilitate micro-loans for income generating activities.
