Our Grant Management System

We use web-based software for managing all of our grant applications and reporting.

All 2024 funds have been disbursed and/or committed. Please continue to check the website for updates about future granting cycles.

Using an entirely paperless application and reporting process helps us to operate efficiently and effectively. Registration with the Acts of Grace Grant Management System is free and is required in order to apply for a grant.

Once you are registered, you can use this online system to: 

  • Begin and submit a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) or Application
  • Check the status of your current LOI or Application
  • View past applications or grants
  • Deliver follow-up reports for funded projects

Notifications will be sent to your email address to let you know when your forms have been submitted, if additional information is required and when reports are due. We suggest you take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with this system by reviewing the software provider's Applicant Tutorial and watching the short videos linked below.

*NEW FEATURE: COLLABORATION* Our software provider has recently added new functionality to the system that facilitates sharing a request (and all of its related forms) to gather input from other individuals in your organization or from your partners. This feature functions much like sharing a Google Doc and does not require the collaborator to have an account in the system. To register (create) a new account or update an existing account in our online Grant Management System, click on the "Register/Update Account" button at the bottom of this page.

  • You will be redirected to our Grant Management System to register a new or update an existing online account.
  • The Grant Management System opens in either a new window or a new tab (depending on browser settings). 
  • If you have any questions about the registration process or forms, please contact our Administrative Director.
  • Once you have finished working in the system, close the Grant Management System tab or window to return to the Acts of Grace website.

Register/Update Account

IMPORTANT: you will be able to create / update your user account at any time however forms to submit a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) will be available only during the LOI submission window of an open granting cycle . When a granting cycle is open, an LOI form will automatically show when you click "Apply" in the Grant Management System menu. If the foundation is not currently accepting LOIs, no forms will be available (the system will ask for an access code) and you will not be able to complete or submit any forms to the foundation. Check this website for up to date information about deadlines for current and future granting cycles. This website and the foundation's Facebook page are the only official sources of information about Acts of Grace foundation.

Acts of Grace does not accept Letters of Inquiry (LOIs) by mail or email.
