Using an entirely paperless application, due diligence and reporting process helps us to operate efficiently and effectively. Read below to learn more about each of the web-based tools Acts of Grace uses in our granting process.

WELLFUNDED *New as of 2025

WellFunded is an exciting new online platform that is helping to connect charities and funders with increased efficiency and effectiveness. Acts of Grace is proud to be one of WellFunded's partners and supporters in the development of this tool.

As of 2025, Acts of Grace Foundation will leverage WellFunded's charity and project portraits as well as its due diligence tool - WellCheck - during the application and evaluation process. All charities applying to Acts of Grace Foundation must have a WellFunded profile and maintain a current WellCheck (current no more than 6 months prior to the application period).

Registration with WellFunded is free for charities. Once your charity has an organization and project portraits with WellFunded, you will also gain exposure to other funders and donors for a streamlined and simplified application process. Support is available for charities that do not already have a WellFunded profile. Please contact our Administrative Director if your charity requires support creating a WellFunded profile.

GRANT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (GMS)

Where necessary, and during the continued development of WellFunded, Acts of Grace will also continue to use its existing grant management system (GMS) in particular for Grant Agreements and Reporting. Registration with the Acts of Grace GMS is free and is required in order to apply for a grant from Acts of Grace. Once you are registered with our GMS, you can use this online system to submit and check the status of an application, submit follow-up forms and/or reports for currently funded projects and view past applications and grants. The system will send you email notifications when your forms have been submitted, if additional information is required and when reports are due. We suggest you take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with this system by reviewing the software provider's Applicant Tutorial.

To create a new account (register) or update an existing account in our GMS, click on the "Register/Update GMS Account" button at the bottom of this page.

  • You will be redirected to our GMS to register a new or update an existing online account.
  • The GMS opens in either a new window or a new tab (depending on browser settings).
  • If you have any questions about the registration process or forms, please contact our Administrative Director.
  • Once you have finished working in the system, close the GMS tab or window to return to the Acts of Grace website.

Acts of Grace granting priorities and application process have changed.

*New as of 2025 Acts of Grace has replaced its historical Letter of Inquiry (LOI) form/process with virtual 30-minute Inquiry Calls (LOI forms will no longer be available through our GMS). Any charity wishing to express interest in applying for an Acts of Grace grant must complete a 30-minute Inquiry Call. All charities will be able to create / update user accounts in our GMS at any time however forms to submit an Application will only be available to those charities invited to apply.
